Our special range is always changing as we test new flavours, experiment with different style, or create beers we've always dreamed of making. Most of the beers we make in this range will only be made once so you'll have to act fast to not miss out, however, if they are popular enough then they may grace us with their presence again.

The Hop, Stock, & Barrel series was created to use up remain hops and stocks of malt, allowing us to not waste resources while creating excellent beers. Sometimes even we don't know how each brew will turn out, all we can hope is point it in the general direction of what we want and then let it run its course. Of course we will still make each batch taste as best it can and remains up to the same standard as our other beers.
The forth volume of our Hop, Stock, and Barrel series delivers a light and refreshing pale, using Columbus and Wai-iti hops to give it a nice sweet fruity number on the nose and taste buds.
Every so often we come across a hop we really like and so we decided to make a delicious tasking pale with nothing but that hop. Each batch will be different in hop flavours and hopefully provide you with an interesting, but light pale to enjoy throughout the years.
Captain Toffee Stout came from our desire to create a delectably sweet stout without the use of lactose. With a lot of body and plenty of lingering sweetness, we've managed to capture that thick and creamy taste you'd expect from a creamy stout but without losing that classic stout bitterness.
With its popularity, the Captain will return each bonfire night and occasionally earlier in the year too.
Come see the Admiral as he takes you on a journey into the delectable flavours of cherry and chocolaty stout goodness. With the success of our Toffee Stout, we decided to attempt to inject a little flavour into a classic chocolate/coffee stout with some cherry flavourings. Subtle notes help give the stout a little depth in flavour without being overly powerful in cherry notes.
The Admiral will be gracing us with his presence each summer.
Jolly Sailor brewery Ltd was established in 2012 and is located in the pleasant market town of Selby on the banks of the River Ouse. We pride ourselves on brewing excellent quality ales.
